ive always been able to get the game to run on XP by itself. Are you using Vista or an x64 OS?

Around this time last year I played a lot of Usurper on Vortex under the name Mara'akate, always usually teamed up with Chuck. Once the board totally redid Usurper and once one person won the whole game reset and it sort of annoyed me, sometimes I'd get pretty close so I stopped playing for a while....
