Not sure why you got that. Never eard of Knaper's Homes. That is the last kname of myne alter, but no home building. I took a quick look at the site, and it all seemed OK. If you are not already, use http://www.usurper.info to go to the main pge of my website. There is a possiblity of my moving the entire site in the future, so that is the best way to find my Usurper site.

Not sure where there is a problem??? http://www.usurper.info is a domain name maintained, and owned by Lenny, and yes it does take you to
knaper.org/etcetera, which is also a domain that is also owned and maintained by Lenny. the ui_index.html is a duplicate of http://www.knaper.org/usrp/usurper.html which is otherwise the start page for Lenny's Usurper Website.. There used to be two others, the original was at http://www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/Ca ... urper.html and one at
http://underworld.fortunecity.com/rpg/117/usurper.html both of which are still out here but left just as signposts to the actual site. I just tried the links and they still point to valid addresses at knaper.org. Knaper.org is hosted by my DSL host that I have had for years, and ISP before that. When fortunecity and geocites started getting so much commercial pop-ups, I moved everything to knaper.org. I also have my chile pepper web site in that domain. Now my Mountain Dulcimer site is located at the other domain, that being knaper.com. Someday they may all be there, as I have better statistics there, but it costs much more for the hosting service.

Sorry for the verbage. I won't say it would be impossible, but the domains haven't been usurped as of yet.

No, I'm getting the same page. I took a screencap of it and tried to load it into my Photofucket but it's down for maintenance. It's like a... like Krypto said. \"naper homse for sale apartments at knaper.org\" when I go to the \"http://www.knaper.org/usrp/telnet-links.html\" link.

Very strange indeed. I just used the link you provided and got the following.

The page does appear to be the one I last edited about 10/29/2006. I tried it with Netscape 7.2, again with Internet Explorer 6.0.2800, with
Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.1 and finally with Opera 9.10. The only other thing I can think of is that that particular webpage does reside on my DSL' providers Hard Drives. I also just checked the pages via ws_ftp, and three links pages were uploaded 10-27 and 10-30 of 2006, which matches the file dates for the files on my computer.. The only other thing I can think of at the moment, is, Is the address you have given being typed in, or is it being directed there by some other website, such as geocities or fortunecity as an example.

OK Guys
As near as I can tell, you aren't gone crazy from some weird spell. My research thus far, my domain knaper.org is in process of being renewed by my ISP/host/DSL provider. Part of that process requires the updating of list called name-servers located through out the internet, that tells where everything is located. When I connect to the internet, my first name-server encountered is at my ISP and as they are the HOST they know where my pages are located. Same when I try to enter from http://www.usurper.info, http://www.direclynx.net(my provivderand nameserver) knows where knaper.org/whatever is located on their server. But when anyone else using a different provider tries, they may or may not get the correct address. This evening, my daughter Mystic TLK tried and she got the same error message reported by you. She's entering using sbc-global as her DSL provider.. Hopefully all this will be straightened out shortly.

AND a big thanks to you for alerting me to this problem..
As a temporary measure, I have copied some of the knaper.org files to knaper.com. They are linked below in my signature block.

As of 13 March 2007
update:
My knaper.org/usrp website is still broken for reasons given above. I have moved files and corrected links in many but not all of them. http://www.usurper.info now points to http://www.knaper.com/usrp/ui_index.html so that should be functional again now. My ISP Webhost still hasn't responded to my trouble reports, so we'll have to see what happens there. If folks are using the tripod or geocities or fortunecity usurper links, I don't currntly have the ability to edit opr update those webpages.
