HELP NEED A DRINK TO UP DEFENSE EXTREAMLY BAD

Im level 55 and have had the master insha for my character since level one well now i look and see that my defense is only 3 no wonder I was getting killed alot even though I had good armor anyway HELP I NEED A GOOD RECIPE FOR A ELF ALCHEMIST TO INCREASE DEFENSE..

As an Elf Alchemist you should be able to drink most of the stronger 17 ingrediant drinks, as long as none is more than about 25%. One such that I have found good for defense for those that can drink it is what I have called Bloody Eye #1. The ingrediant list for it and some others can be found at my website.
Bloody Eye #1 contains the following:
Bat Brain - 12%
Honeydew - 1%
Orange Juice - 1%
Tabasco - 1%
Ale - 1%
Hedgehog Saliva - 1%
Water - 1%
Horse Blood - 25%
Bobs Bomber - 1%
Troll Rum - 1%
Elf Water - 1%
Kicking Squaw - 25%
Milk - 1%
Wine-vinegar - 1%
Snake Spit - 1%
Duck Dropping - 1%
Chilipepper - 25%

I don't believe the exact mix is critical, but the range and number of ingrediants. Thus you might try it with more Elf Water and less Kicking Squaw, for instance. I would think about changing Masters also, but that may be hard to do at level 55. Good Luck.
