A couple questions

I've been playing Usurper lately and I have a pretty darn good character built up. I'm trying to make him the best he can be, but I see people with \"Coat of Mail\" on as +25 body armor. Now I'm pretty sure this item can't be bought, my question is where did they get it? Is it a random dungeon drop, or is there a certain dungeon level to get it from (currently I can only access dungeon levels 98-100+)? Is there any way I can maximize my chance of getting this item? I'm trying to get the highest armor count possible and this one is annoying me. Thanks in advance.

You have concluded correctly. In an unmodified setup of Usurper, the Coat of Mail with 25 points of armor is only found in the dungeons on a random basis. The other way to get one, is from someone else that already has one, or two maybe. As you already are level 98, you just missed possibly finding one of your own. They are found on levels 90 to 95. If you were still able to go to those dungeon levels, I would say to just to be sure to use every turn possible in there everyday, and maybe you will find one. Good Questions.
