Team fights???

Hey what's up here. Long time player of usurper. I was recently on some forums that were discussing usurper and someone was talking about the ability to use your teammatse dungeon fights to your advantage.
What he ment was use up all your dungeon fights. Then turn around and use up theirs. My question is...Is this possible and if so how would I use say zara's dungeon fights when logged in on my char.
Because I'm one to feel you never have enough dungeon fights in a day and would love to use my teammates like so
