Where the HELL is the new GNU version of usurper?

Okay, it's been 2 years.
no word on what's going on, seems the author went MIA again.
I'd like to know what's going on with usurper, one way or the other, i think
we'd all like to know.
I thought the developer was going to release the code into the public so
these issues could be fixed.

my name? mroblivious? well, i'm certainly not oblivious due to the fact that i was in communication with the author regarding this.
well, i guess he's gone under his rock again.
