players stuck online? how to fix??

Hi there, I am running Usurper v0.20e classic mode on a local machine,
game is randomly stalling and locking players in game for 1000 minutes or something,
How can I drop them so they are able to play again, and maintence won't run without them being unlocked,
any suggestions??
