sbbs + Usurper 0.20e -- can't find users??

Hey guys, finally got Usurper working on my BBS.. swapped from GameSrv to SBBS
When my users go to enter Usurper, it says "LOST WANDERER" is there name and they would have to create a new player,
Any ideas as to how I can get it to load their BBS saved real name/alias which is matched in the Usurper config?
We have been playing locally for about a week+ and wanting to get it all working via the web
