Min-Maxing Usurper

From 1995-1998 I knew how to do this and managed to dominate about a dozen BBS's but I just stepped back into the game and I am getting rocked by the dungeon!!!
Any hardcore minmaxers out there who would care to share their secrets? I may even pass on my Brew recipe... which is the only thing I remember from back in the day!!!
