Updating my telnet links for usurper sytems on the internet.

I'm in the process of validating the links from my web-pages for telnet sites that run Usurper.
I will be checking links that I know about in the next few days. If there are some out there that I can add, let me know here. This information will be posted into my website, \"Lenny's Usurper Page\" or something like that. :D
I am not gathering the information for posting anywhere else, but the scanners do go through my web pages periodically.
Users of BBS's, please check with your SYSOP's before giving the link. Some SYSOP's may NOT want the exposure.
SYSOP's, please let me know you are the SYSOP of the link provided, and which versions of Usurper you have running presently, and whether Classic or New mode. If you have extnsively MODDED the items, Please include that info.

I'm really not interested in how many other games or features your system may have, JUST Usurper.
I have to state that or the moderator here will axe my message
Thanks

/Lenny

I know, I should consolidate them to one page, but they all are bookmarked and used by someone out there, and that's why I pay the big-bucks to have a 1hz bandwidth at my IP.

Lenny,

Feel free to list my BBS. I am running Usurper 0.18 in Classic mode and 0.20 in New mode. The URL is http://www.tmcbbs.com or telnet://tmcbbs.com.

Thanks,

Don

Thank you Don,

I didn't log into your BBS, but did visit your website. It Looks good, and glad you are able to set it up again. At least now you won't have to worry about how many modem lines you have:) Good luck in your endeavor..
I've added your site to my pages

http://www.knaper.org/usrp/usrp-links.html and

Signed on to play on The Vortex. Very fun setup, very fast and efficent. Just a question though, why are there no NPC's? I was lookin' to try and jack some money, but... denied. :(

Can't say fer certain why you see no NPC's in the Dorm.
SYSOP configuration option #39 allows exclusion of them in the dorm.
Some SYSOP's prefer them NOT be there, as many consider the pick-pocket or ability to kill and steal stuff from the NPC's an unfair practice.
Some SYSOP's also remove NPC's completely from the Kingdom.
That for starters makes the maintenance run smoother.
I've added NPC's to some doors, and removed them from some..
It does make a difference.

It also makes it more mano v mano with no NPC's to take advantage of..
It really lets the STSOP that wants something unique to do so..

Some master players enjoy the variety, and possess the ability to play well regardless of the settings.

But I like NPC's... they're fun to pickpocket and steal from. That's what they're there for! To steal from and bribe the most powerful ones into your teams!

I like them though.

thanks for the information.. I was going pretyy good on that project. Suddenly though, life slamed back into view. Almost like in the game, all is well, then you go up another level, and some bad arse kills you. Or the king puts you into prison, and won't let you out, forever..
Again thanks, I'll use that info, when I get back to html coding.
