Walkthrough of Killing Lenny: Usurper Hints Tricks and Tips

I haven't killed Lenny yet, but I figure I'll plan out my strategy here.
This is the place where we conspire to kill Lenny.
Lenny can be found on almost every BBS making craploads of babies that I will most likely kidnap, selling COBRA DAGGERS, and slaughtering my characters in USURPER.
I've pumped up on "implementor" 2 times every day.
I've imbibed the "Eye of Newt" every day.
I'm well on my way and Lenny will die by my hand.

I'm getting pretty insane, killing level 100 computer players and I'm only level 35.
Recently I've noticed I'm missing hits in battle...I take a swing with my awesome weapons and I miss FREQUENTLY(10% of the time)
Is this from the steroids? Most likely. Whatever. WE WILL BURY LENNY!

Other points of interest:
Usurper is all about killing Lenny. We all need to buy his items in the marketplace and then kill him with them for an added bonus of shame. 10 million for a Cobra dagger is steep, but if 100 hitpoints means life or death in the dormitory, then do it. You will on your way to killing lenny in NO TIME if you rely on STRENGTH and HITPOINTS. Not WEAPONPOWER. Forget the last blades and jack up on hitpoints and strength any way you can. Weapons come and go. The pride that comes with killing Lenny lives on forever!


Tips:
Buy food. Use them in battle when healing potions run out. You miss a turn, but your health is restored to FULL. Try it in the dungeons and you'll see what I mean. It's different but useful especially if they take a swing and miss you! Swing and a miss and counter back to successfully kill Lenny!

Pickpocketing:
If you ever want to face Lenny and win, don't even bother waking people up to fight them. Pickpocket them. If they wake up, you will battle them, but it doesn't count against your player fights for the day. More blood! More carnage! More death to Lenny!

Crystal Ball:
With the money you've now earned on the successful pickpocketing, head on over to your master and use the CRYSTAL BALL. Type in Lenny's name and do a screen capture or a print screen. This info will come in handy later. Battle with Lenny when your stats outrule his. He is a member of the Circle somethingorother team in there so the possibility that other people show up out of nowhere is of some concern. Think about this and deeply ponder all about Killing Lenny.

Drinks at Orbs townie bar:
Be sure to drink 3 times a day because the rewards are AWESOME!(it even says so in writing)
Drink eye of Newt (Lenny's brand of choice) or the "Green Bull" (Green Bull is on the Lyvan BBS that I've noticed so far...)
Any others won't do as much for a boost as these.

Today I will join a Team but I am forever apprehensive. As Lenny is in a team, I must also be, for I cannot take down many people at once. Lenny's death is all I crave!

Team play is also different in that you can trust other players to control your character. In turn, they let you control theirs. The control is limited, which means you can't take teammate's weapons or stuff, but you CAN march them into certain death. I wonder if GRIEFING is in my future? Not familiar with Griefing? It means to purposefully fail or engage in sabotaging your own team so the other wins (See TEAM FORTRESS 2 Engineer greifing vids on youtube). Good Grief. Lenny WILL be in a world of hurt!

I found some stuff in the dungeons that are useful. If prompted to "Take an oath to pursue the villains..." then do it. You will face off against 10 to 20 mediocre opponents and take in busloads of experience. HOWEVER... if you face off against any group of Rouges or you are plundering graves, use caution. You are destined to fail by design unless your defense or hit points are crazy high.

Beer Stealing is great. After level 10, Go steal some barrels. I've never lost after level ten and I always bring a wooden club. More experience points are earned that way. Just let them beat the crap out of you until the barrels are gone. It racks up experience points, and only uses one evil deed for the day. I plan to disarm Lenny .....as in NO ARMS!!

Out of dungeon fights? AND out of evil deeds? AND out of player fights? Train with your master and complete training for a few moves. Start a brawl in the Beer Hut. Have a beer with Lenny and smash that bottle right over his face. I don't hate Lenny's guts, I hate Lenny in the FACE.

Today I will join a Team. Their goals MUST coincide with my own, for I am focused to kill Lenny.

And also because as a Barbarian like me knows...The Green Bull reaps defensive benefits for Barbarians. Sometimes as much as 9 points per drink. AWESOME! THIS IS A POTENTIAL INCREASE OF 27 POINTS DEFENSE PER DAY!

With all this extra defense, I finally don't need to worry about being attacked. I could put my time saved from worrying about being murdered to better use. Maybe songwriting.

A few weeks ago I successfully pick-pocketed Lenny. I will use my hard-earned dollars to swarm him with DISEASES!! If I disease him enough I may gain an edge to KILLING LENNY!

Also, I tried killing Lenny again yesterday. He hit me for 709 points killing me instantly...something to consider while I fall back and plan to kill Lenny...

We can discuss killing Lenny all we want. Even write songs. But no flaming. It is just a game after all.
The day I kill Lenny and claim the town on Lyvan is the day I can rest!

(I honestly don't think cheating is possible considering the revisions made over the years...you can probably only cheat if you are some kind of crooked sysop.)

Lyvan server has been down for a while...can't log into my indulgence and plot to kill Lenny! Arrgh!

In Lenny's post, the responses to this thread (yes, it has it's own thread for responses to this one) he states that he wants everyone to have fun.

Wishing LENNYMUSTDIE to "have fun" is wishing certain DOOM for Lenny! I take pride and joy in artfully killing Lenny with my red pole. Why the Red Pole? because it was in the song I wrote for Lenny. It fit. Lenny will sure die by the pole that is red.

Tactics have changed since I have time now to plan my attack. For instance...I see you can murder in the dormitory. I notice that every time I try to murder someone, it never works ...unless I am of equal or greater stature/level than the victim. But is there a percentage error? Maybe there is a 1% chance that murdering Lenny in the dormitory could work....
This would very well be the edge I need to best my foe easily. Hmmmmmmm....

I've finally gotten back into the action oday but alas...Lenny was nowhere to be found. I did receive a dastardly in-game message from Lenny today. I won't tell you what it said. It angered me. OOOOOO I Desire his days end!

Today I realized that after level 50, the level raises seems to get quick. It's either the TEAM in the dungeons, or the level 50 thing but I don't know. I won't pretend that I know either

Tomorrow I will watch Lenny wiggle and writhe in pain as he takes a slippy dippy ride on a red pole that I acquired in the dungeons back at level 25.

And yet again, Die Lenny.

Lenny threw me in jail. OVERTHROW THIS DICTATOR! My team is non-existent; I find teams annoying. I'm more vulnerable as a team because if any one of us is attacked, the others jump in and die as well. My teammates don't know any better, and they are NPC controlled. Very inefficient.

I took some of my hard-earned money and spent it all on diseases for Lenny. The Groggo informed me that Lenny now has ALL diseases! When I attacked him, his face was so distorted with pain from disease.

Today I tried a tactic that I never tried before. I tried killing KING LENNY. I am surprised at how feeble his defense is. No guards to fight through, and no buddies that jump in to protect him. I thought for sure he would kill me and beat me into the ground, but his killing blow only exceeded my hit points by 100. Hmm...perhaps he was nervous.
Lenny will gasp his final breath in my presence.

To break it down further, he killed me in one hit. One spank and I was down for the count. But, he didn't obliterate me horribly as I expected. If I had an extra 100 hit points I could survive two or three strikes. Surely if I plan my attack over the course of the coming weeks, I will Kill Lenny. My mission is clear like the glossy stare in Lenny's eyes as my red pole strikes.

Let's recap. I hate when Lenny does things like become king, or slaughter my whole team while I'm logged out, or give everybody money except me. But oh well. That's Usurper.

But I regain confidence when I realize there are new barbarians in the Usurper world on Lyvan... interesting...

I call to arms anyone willing to join my team and defeat Lenny. Simply join this forum and message me. We shall conspire and revolt. Usurper was created for the sole purpose of killing Lenny. Death to the tyrant!

I have not killed Lenny but I have kidnapped his FAVORITE SON, PRINCE HARRY!

I shall starve this offspring until he is emaciated, almost transparent from his malnourishment. I am accepting offers. I would accept no less than the three options I have laid out here.
Option payment 1: Lenny gives me 12 Cobra Daggers.
Option payment 2: Lenny gives me 500,000,000 gold.
Option payment 3: The child dies.

As a red-blooded American, I am sure Lenny would not want to contribute to dealings with the likes of a kidnapper, but this is USURPER! Only in Usurper can you care so much about these children that you put the word PRINCE in front of the name HARRY. He obviously cares for this offspring. I have stolen the son of a KING. A prince. I'm very satisfied with myself.

If I kill this child I have kidnapped, it carries the genomes and DNA of Lenny. It's like an appetizer before the meal. I get to kill Lenny's future and then I shall end his present!

I stole another of Lenny's offspring and Lenny paid the ransom. At least I made Lenny nervous for a while...


I am now the proud owner of the GYM. I can work out and become faster and stronger to defeat LENNY! If Lenny would like someone to spot him during his benchpress he will have to look elsewhere! I will drop the bar!
