Bug in Indian Wrestling?

I'm wondering if there is a bug in the Indian wrestling function in the Uman Caves. I have seen before that a low level (less than 25) character has been able to defeat my stronger character (80) in Indian Wrestling, fairly consistently.
When I looked at the other character, their strength was about 150 or less, mine was about 600. I have no idea why this worked for them. Any ideas?

I'm not sure on this, but I think the more you practice at Indian Wrestling, the better you get at it regardless of your strength. Again, not 100% on this, but I did notice the more I played, the more power I got in Indian Wrestling.
